Who I Work With

I work with women who are ready for meaningful emotional healing not just symptom management, but deeper change at the nervous system, self-worth, and identity level.

Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. They may feel stuck in patterns they can see but can’t seem to shift on their own. They’re often carrying a lot internally and are ready for real support and real tools for change.

I Work Best With Women Who Are Experiencing:

Emotional & Mental Health Challenges

  • Anxiety and chronic overthinking
  • Depression or emotional numbness
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Nervous system dysregulation (always “on edge” or shut down)
  • Harsh self-criticism and low self-worth
  • Difficulty regulating emotions
  • Stress-related mood changes

Relationship & Attachment Wounds

  • Recovery after toxic or emotionally harmful relationships
  • Trauma bonding or lingering emotional attachment
  • Patterns of people-pleasing and self-abandonment
  • Boundary difficulties
  • Fear of rejection or abandonment
  • Losing yourself inside relationships

Life & Body Transitions

  • Hormonal or midlife mood shifts
  • Emotional changes related to perimenopause or menopause
  • Identity changes and “I don’t feel like myself anymore” seasons
  • Major life transitions that disrupt emotional stability

I Especially Align With Women Who:

  • Are ready to actively participate in their healing
  • Want practical tools not just a place to vent
  • Are open to nervous system and somatic work
  • Are curious about deeper inner healing through IFS-informed parts work
  • Value self-reflection and personal growth
  • Are open to mindfulness
  • Want to build self-love and self-trust from the inside out

My Approach Is Not Passive Therapy

Our work is collaborative and experiential. We don’t just talk about patterns, we work with them directly using:

  • Nervous system regulation practices
  • IFS-informed parts work
  • Evidence-based skills
  • Self-compassion and self-worth rebuilding
  • Mindfulness and grounding tools
  • Integration practices between sessions

This May Not Be the Best Fit If:

  • You are looking only for advice without personal practice
  • You want change but are not willing to examine patterns
  • You prefer strictly symptom-focused, short-term coping strategies only
  • You are seeking crisis-only stabilization rather than deeper healing work

The Women Who Thrive Here

The women who benefit most from this work are not perfect, not “fully healed,” and not required to have it all together. They are simply willing — willing to look inward, practice new tools, and build a different relationship with themselves.

If you’re ready to feel more regulated, more self-connected, and more compassionate toward yourself — you are welcome here.

If you are ready for deeper healing, explore my Therapy Intensives or KAP sessions to experience transformation at your own pace.
