Women’s Healing Group Series
Healing happens faster and more deeply when it’s supported, structured, and shared in safe community.
My women’s healing groups are small, guided therapeutic containers designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and self-worth rebuilding. These are not drop-in support circles, each group is a structured six-week journey with practical tools, experiential exercises, and meaningful integration.
Groups are intentionally limited to six women to create safety, connection, and depth.
These programs are designed for women who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship wounds, mood shifts, or self-criticism and who are ready for active healing, not just coping.
My group approach blends:
nervous system regulation practices, IFS-informed inner parts work to facilitate self-compassion and self-worth, rebuilding boundary and attachment repair, mindfulness and grounding tools, gentle spiritual and intuitive awareness
Each six-week group focuses on a specific healing theme while building core skills for emotional steadiness and self-trust.
